An acrylic painting on canvas of a red-skinned apple, by an artist appearing to sign the work ‘Michelle.’ This work, which has a faux finish to give an impression of craquelure, places the waxy fruit against a mottled black and red ground, and depicts it as being lit from slightly above. It is signed to its lower right and is presented unframed with a wire for hanging to its verso.

- fair; stretcher mark along the bottom and top portions of the canvas; faux craquelure on apple; wear to bottom corners, paint missing on bottom corners; glitter debris on verso of canvas.
