This collection includes hardcover editions of White House Chef: Eleven Years, Two Presidents, One Kitchen by Walter Scheib and Andrew Friedman (Hoboken: John Wiley & Sons, 2007) and A Sweet World of White House Desserts: From Blown-Sugar Baskets to Gingerbread Houses, a Pastry Chef Remembers by Roland Mesnier (Washington: White House Historical Association, 2011). White House Chef is inscribed to the title page, ‘Louie and Susan, From one great chef to two others, enjoy these stories, 10/12/07’; the White House Desserts book is inscribed to the front endpaper, ‘Merry Christmas 2012 to Susan.
