A French style fauteuils arm chair. The armchairs are in a light wood, designed with upholstered medallion backs and curvilinear seats. The chairs have ribbed curved arms with padded centers, a ribbed apron, and cabriole legs. The chairs are upholstered in a floral cotton in shades of pale yellow, and orange. The backside of the chair is tagged ‘McCreary Modern Inc’, a furniture maker in Maiden, North Carolina.
