A lithograph on board of an original painting titled The Gallant Mayflower by Montague J Dawson (British, 1890 – 1973). Signed in plate to the lower left, the print depicts a single ship with large white sails navigating the rough waves of the ocean. The print is presented under glass in a brown and gold tone wood frame with a wire present to the verso for hanging purposes. Dawson is best known for his paintings of ships at sea.

Condition

- hole in the upper left corner; the left side of frame is lose; scratches and nicks to frame.
