Schumann Dresden "Empress" China
Item Details
A selection of Schumann Dresden china in the Empress pattern, circa 1945-1981. The set includes six snack plates and six teacups. The snack plates have an off-center indention for teacup placement while allowing space for snacks. The pattern features colorful floral motifs to the bodies and rims accented with gilt trimming. Each piece also features a floral monogramed ‘M’. They are marked to the undersides ‘Bavaria’ and ‘Schumann Dresden’ featuring a shield mark with a lion and crown motif.

- chipping to the paint; piece feature a monogrammed floral “M”.
