Item Details

An antique Scandinavian style wood blanket chest, estimated circa 1850s. This immigrant trunk, features a hinged dome top, in a tapered shape, with metal strap hardware, end handles, dovetail edge construction, and base. It is painted in cream with a floral design. The hinged lid opens to an unfinished interior.
