Antique John Grinsell & Sons Cut Glass and Sterling Inkwell

Item Details

An antique cut glass inkwell with a sterling silver collar and cap. The round bottle has cut geometric patterns on the exterior and is topped with a hinged, round sterling silver cap. The side of the collar features London hallmarks including the maker’s mark for John Grinsell & Sons, the lion passant and the date mark for 1900.

Condition

tarnish, scratches to the metal, surface dirt to the crystal
