An oil painting on canvas by artist E. Mason. The piece depicts an early 20th-century scene with a woman in a white nightgown shown from behind while seated on a canopied bed. The work is signed in black paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- to Fair; edge wear to canvas with small areas of paint loss to lower right; minor edge wear, chipping and dust to frame; small dent to canvas; frame joints are not fully flush; no backing paper present.
