Vintage View-Masters and View Wheels
Item Details
A group of two vintage View-Masters and a selection of view wheels. The group includes a model C and a model L viewers. The model C is black Bakelite and dates between 1946-1955. It has a brass advance lever and is embossed with ’Sawyer’s View-Master’ along with patent information and ‘Made in U.S.A’ and ‘Portland, Ore’. The model L is blue with a flat orange plastic advance lever. It has ‘3D’ and ‘View-Master’ embossed on the front and back, along with ‘View-Master, Portland, Oregon 97207. A Subsidary of Tyco Toys, Inc.’ along with patent and trademark information. The viewing wheels include biblical, holiday and historic sights.
Condition
- wear consistent with age and use; would benefit from cleaning.
