Chinese Ceramic Lidded Urn

Item Details

A Chinese ceramic urn with wooden lid. This vessel depicts a scene of flowers and small plants in decorative vases in tones of brown, black and red. An extensive inscription occupies the far side of the urn. Presented with a small wooden lid. The underside is stamped with a six-character red seal.

- surface wear; large area of damage and subsequent repair to the underside.
