An offset lithograph after an original engraving entitled "The Pastry Baker" by Abraham Bosse (1602-1676). This print depicts the kitchen in a bakerty with two men rolling dough and another placing it into a brick oven. To the right side are two women holding a baby. The bottom of the print reads "The Pastry Baker from an engraving by Abraham Bosse 1602-1676," and the bottom right reads "Sir Walter Scott, Anne and Henry Duvernoy." The print is housed in white matting and a wooden gilt frame.
