A collection of hand-colored engravings after original works by well-listed French artist Eugène Louis Lami (1800-1890). Featured are four engravings titled Italian Opera House Paris, Franconis Olympic Circus, Champs-Elysees, Paris, A Soirée at the Duke of Orleans, and A French Marriage at St. Roch, Paris. All works are signed in plate in to the lower right corner. Informational labels are present to the verso. Works are presented behind glass in silk gray mats and matching wood frames.
Condition
- toning and scattered staining to prints; three prints are slightly bowed in frame; wear to frame finishes.
