F.E. Hulme Offset Lithographs From "Familiar Wild Flowers"

A pair of offset lithographs on paper titled Red Valerian and Single Dahlia from the book Familiar Wild Flowers by British teacher, botanist, and illustrator Frederick Edward Hulme (1841-1909). These color botanical illustrations depict the titular flowers, with printed titles to the lower center. In a pocket to the verso of each is a page with further information on the subject of the print. Also affixed to the verso is a label with print information. Each one is presented behind a layered mat and glass in a gold tone frame that is wired for hanging.
Condition
- light evidence of dirt behind the glass; some minor abrasion damage to the frames; toning and foxing to papers on verso.
