A 1989 limited edition serigraph on paper by listed American artist Donald Hatfield (born 1947). The piece, titled The Basket, depicts a small group of figures seated for a picnic on the beach, rendered in bright pastel hues of blue, yellow, pink, purple, cream and orange. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right and numbered to the lower left as 33 out of an edition of 400. It is double-matted in white and gold tone and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with raised foliate gesso embellishments to the front and hanging wire to the verso.
