World War II Letter and Commemorative Envelope
Item Details
A World War II letter and commemorative envelope. This letter dated September 14, 1945 and sent from Pearl Harbor was sent by a member of the United States Navy in the submarine service. The letter was sent in a commemorative envelope made for the members of the ship. The letter and envelope are presented under glass with a navy lined white mat in a wooden frame.
Condition
- minor creases where letter was folded; some toning and tears to envelope; minor tarnish to frame..
