Item Details
An ink illustration on panel by Grigsby. The piece depicts a serene image of daybreak, with a bungalow looking out over a blue ocean landscape set under skies of pink and yellow clouds. The work is signed by hand to the lower left and treated with a coating of varnish. It is presented without glass in a cream and gold tone wooden frame with a linen liner to the front and hanging wire to the verso.

- surface scratching, staining and toning to painting, with small areas of missing or running ink to center; minor surface wear and scratching to frame; faint stains to linen liner; no backing paper present; exposed nails to verso.
