Trend Grandfather Clock by Sligh Furniture

A Trend grandfather clock from the Sligh Furniture Company of Zeeland, Michigan. The case has an arched top with carved decorative details. It has a painted faux fruit wood finish in shades of cream, ivory, and rust. The clock face is embossed with a floral design. Above it are two globe maps and the color image of tall ship with a red eagle on one sail. The glass door opens with a key. Behind it are brass tone metal weights and a pendulum. A label identifies the clock as style number 829, with movement number 98.
