An antique Sears Roebuck Edgemere sewing machine and table. This sewing machine is presented in a wooden fold-over table with four drawers to its sides with lion head drawer pulls. The table rests on wrought iron legs with openwork detailing and a center pedal marked ‘Sears Roebuck Co’. The machine is black with gilt detailing and lettering, marked ‘Edgemere’ to its center with a gold tone plaque at its side marked ‘Sears Roebuck & Co. Chicago Illinois U.S.A’. This style was first produced in 1900.
