Carolyn Zimmerman was born in Walton, Indiana. She started her formal artistic training at the Cincinnati Art Academy and studied with French sculptor and painter Antoine Bourdelle as well as Madame Levy-Ginsborg in Paris. Zimmerman body of work primarily focuses on forested landscapes. Carolyn, along with her husband Carl Zimmerman, was a member of the Cincinnati School of Painters.
Condition
- small gap between the ground and the matting along the right edge of the item; minor amounts of denting to the corners of the matting; dust on the protective plastic.
