Item Details
An antique Chinese Export tureen. This ceramic tureen features a hand-painted floral and foliate design in a palette of green, red, burnt orange, and deep blue with gold tone accents. The bowl is ovoid in form with subtle scalloped edges. There is no visible maker’s mark to the piece.
Condition
- some coloring fading; some paint chipping; gold rubbed off rim; would benefit from cleaning; slight staining; scuffs and marks throughout.
