Holiday Themed Dollhouse with Builder Elf by Dee Cash

A large holiday piece with a complete doll house and a builder elf. This piece has been created by Dee Cash and is signed by her to a wooden plaque on the elf ‘Dee Cash 2001’ This piece depicts a Christmas Elf creating a doll house in his pockets and hands are the tools he is using. The dollhouse itself is completely furnished as is a ‘bookcase’ below filled with toys and other items. There is a ladder to the side of the bookcase.
