Pair of Carved Green Stone Elephants
Item Details
A pair of green carved stone elephants. The elephants are depicted with their trunks raised, and they come with dark wine-red lacquered wood display stands. The undersides of the feet are incised with letters and numbers, and there are numbers carved into the undersides of the stands as well. One elephant is marked ‘ZZ 17’ and the other is marked ‘EI 1Z’.
