Doris Vlasek-Hails Acrylic Paintings of Abstract Compositions
Item Details
A pair of acrylic paintings on paper by listed Indiana artist Doris Vlasek-Hails (1938-2004). The first of these abstract compositions features a central triangular shape formed by overlapping sections that create a color shift with each layer. It is signed and dated ‘1979’ in both the upper left and lower right corners. The second piece features a dusty rose ground with green, yellow, and red shapes in the upper left and a window into a bright blue square cut by a tilted, abstract landscape. It is signed and dated ‘97’ to the lower left. Both pieces are presented in white mats and plastic wrapping.

- wear to edges and corners of mats; marks to plastic wrapping.
