14K Yellow Gold Plated Porcelain Brooch

A late 19th century oval porcelain brooch presented in a 14K yellow gold plated setting with twisted wire detailing and trombone clasp. The porcelain shows a young woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, with her head tilted and wearing a choker and a blue dress. The scene is a transferred image with hand painted details. The back of the porcelain is stamped ‘Porcelain Limoges France’ in red with an impressed ‘France’.
