Hand-Painted Hand Thrown Italian Stoneware Vases
Item Details
A pair of Italian hand thrown, hand-painted Italian stoneware vases. One vase depicts ivy and a yellow flower, having a bright aqua liner glaze and a scrolled handle to each side, marked ‘Vangro M.65’ to the underside. Also included is a small amphora vase made of a buff stoneware, hand thrown and hand-painted in browns, reds and green with a floral and foliate pattern. Marked to the underside ‘Italy, 51/910’ with other illegible markings.
Condition
- vase with ruffled rim has chips to the base.
