A collection of Washington Post newspapers. This collection includes nine assorted regular issues and special supplements of the Washington Post dating from 1963 to 1974, with front page stories including the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. as well as the resignation of Richard Nixon. This collection includes the Washington Post of November 23, 1963; November 25, 1963; July 14, 1965; April 5, 1968; and August 9, 1974, including the supplement ‘The Nixon Years’. Also included are a Washington Post The Great Society section of January 20, 1965; the Inaugural Pictorial section of January 21, 1965; and an Outlook special report of June 27, 1965.

- page yellowing; creasing; tearing at edges and corners; each newspaper stored folded in a plastic sleeve.
