A vintage watercolor painting on plastic panel. The piece depicts an angel in pink robes appearing over a a bearded male figure sitting on the ground below. Above them is a Hebrew inscription in black paint referencing the angel’s instruction to the man to get up. The work is signed by hand in Hebrew to the lower left; however, no clear artist attribution could be made. It is set against a peach background and presented under glass in a wooden easel-back frame with decorative patterned veneer front.

Condition

- chips to frame veneer; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; marks to surface.
