Giclee Prints of Women in Profile After Pollaiolo and Leonardo
Item Details
A pair of giclee prints mounted to wood panels of women, after Piero del Pollaiolo (c. 1443 – 1496) and Leonardo da Vinci (1452 – 1519). These Italian Renaissance style prints depict two women in profile, one against a light blue ground and the other against a dark ground, with faux frames. They are presented unsigned with labels to the versos and hanging hardware.
Condition
- slight fading to each print; moderate abrasion damage to images; significant abrasion damage to wood panels, especially to margins; water damage to the versos.
