Schumann Bavarian Compote and Assorted Plates

A Schumann Bavarian porcelain pedestaled compote and assorted plates. The compote has pierced rims accented with pink cabbage rose motif. The detachable pedestal is dotted with pink rosebuds. The compote is coupled with an assorted array of plates featuring many hues and design motifs. A few to note is a large blue quail plate rimmed with gilt; a small transferware pierced rim plate featuring two boys and a dog; a large dinner plate trimmed with gilt and floral motif and many more. All marked ‘Schumann Germany’

Condition
The quail plate, dinner plate, and pierced “boy” plate are in good shape consistent with age. The others have a minor bit of paint and gilt loss.
Dimensions
The measurement above refers to the size of the compote. The blue plate is 11.5"wide and the boy plate is 8" wide. The remainder of the plates are between 8" and 10" wide. There are a total of twelve items in the lot.
