A Reg’lar Fellers by Gene Byrnes pencil case. The case features a blue finished cardboard finish with printed scenes from the long-running comic Reg’lar Fellers and a light blue paper interior with various compartments. The comic ran from 1917 – 1949 and depicted a gang of suburban kids and their adventures.
