A pair of Expo67 vintage serigraph and offset lithograph posters. Promotional posters for the 1967 Montreal, Canada world’s fair known as ‘expo67’ which ran from April to October of that year. The first poster is an offset lithographic print which depicts people in a variety of attire from around the world all holding hands together. Printed along bottom is the text ‘expo67 / le monde entier y sera! / Copyright Montreal Canada / expo67 / The world is coming! / April 28-October 27, 1967’. The second poster is a serigraphic print in vibrant red type that reads ‘expo67’. This poster is unmarked. Both prints are unframed, on paper, and unsigned.

Condition

- poster with people holding hands: minor rips and wear to edges; toning on verso; naturally rolls due to being rolled and stored.
- red and white expo67 poster: wear to edges; minor toning; red spec paint splashes on paper outside of design.
