Vintage Hand Tooled Leather Desk Blotter with Letter Opener

Item Details

A vintage hand tooled leather desk blotter with letter opener. This circa 1930’s hand tooled leather desk pad displays a scrolled borders with a standing heraldic lion to the center. This is reversible with the opposite side showing a four cornered pocketed writing table that sits on a moire cloth covered surface. Also included is a wooden letter opener with a matching tooled leather handle.

Condition

- shows wear consistent with use and age with the leather lifting tab torn off but included, one corner pocket is missing and two others have electrical tape on them, some marks on the writing surface and the otter case shows rips, scratches and staining to the leather.
