A Hitchcock rocking chair. This chair features a curved crest rail with a Hitchcock style motif over spindle supports that attach to the rounded seat flanked by curved arms with spindle supports. The seat rises above flared legs connected by a box stretcher and terminating on rockers. The reverse is marked ‘L. Hitchcock.’
