Signed 1936 Minnesotan Handmade Quilt
Item Details
A signed 1936 handmade quilt. Features a colorful multi-star pattern throughout in lavendar, rose, yellow, aqua and cream tones. The quilt is finished with yellow yarn and yellow silk banding to two sides. The quilt was constructed by many quilters, each of whom signed their blocks in embroidery thread. A few are dated 1936 and some note Redwood Falls, Minnesota.
