An offset lithograph on paper after a 1991 watercolor painting by Leslie Lane (b. 1906) titled Beach Scene with Lighthouse. This work features some striped lounge chairs on the beach, alongside a filled picnic basket and a large umbrella. Some town buildings, a lighthouse, and some sailing boats are visible in the distance. The artist’s in-plate signature is present to the lower right. The work is presented under acrylic glass in a brown wood frame.

- minor scratches and stains throughout frame; smudge marks and some residue spots throughout glass.
