A set of three hand-colored engravings of 19th century fashion plates. These prints feature women in social settings while wearing the latest fashions. Included is a depiction of a woman on horseback while another stands nearby, a depiction of two women speaking that was engraved by the Illman brothers (American, 19th century), and a French print of two women and a young girl printed by Gilquin and Dupain. In the latter two prints, caption text and printers information is printed below the imagery. All three prints are presented behind French mats and glass in black frames that are wired for hanging.

- to fair; edge wear to frames; toning to paper; slightly dusty; holes in paper backing.
