An oil-based chromolithograph reproduction on board of a 19th-century genre painting of a gentleman reading. The print depicts a man leaning against a window seal reading a book in an interior setting. The print is presented in a gold tone and beige gesso and wood frame with a raised floral motif. A wire for hanging purposes and a decal from the Fine Art Society are present to the verso.

Condition

- dirt and dust are present; gold tone wood frame showing chips in paint, cracks, scratches and nicks around the frame; decal to verso is torn.
