A Louis XV style desk and Hepplewhite style chair. The desk has figured veneer on the serpentine-edged top and apron, as well as on the cabriole legs. It has a long, shallow drawer in the center with two gold tone floral knobs, flanked on either side by a drawer with diamond matched veneer, each with a gold tone leaf handle. The chair has a shield back with inlaid bell flower design, outward flared arms, and tapered block legs; the brown leather seat has a darker design and is trimmed with brass nail heads.
