Item Details

An antique, early twentieth-century chest of drawers. The chest features elaborate carved, and applied carved accents, with contrasting wood veneers. The chest has five dovetailed drawers, fitted with ornate, cast brass or metal handles, and it rests on carved bun feet. A vintage paper label stapled to the back is marked ‘Elk-Dixie Furniture Corporation – Lexington, N.C.’ This item matches item 17LAX186-095.
