English Silver Plate Egg Cruet Set with Sterling Spoons
Item Details
An ornate silver plate egg cruet set. This features six pedestal egg cups with gadrooned rims that sit on a rectangular tray with scrolling feet, and an elaborate foliate handle. It is marked with an unidentified maker’s mark of ‘WS’, a clover, feathers, ‘EP’ and ‘A1’. It is presented with six sterling silver spoons that are marked ‘Prata 950’. The total approximate weight of the spoons is 2.495 ozt.
