Solid Wood Dresser Armoire

Item Details

A quality-built, solid wood dresser armoire by Pennsylvania House. The armoire features crown molding on the top, with raised panel doors on the cabinet to the top, which rests on a chest with three dovetailed drawers fitted with brass handles, and a carved sunflower motif to the bottom center drawer. The armoire rests on bracket feet with a scroll cut skirt around the front and sides. The center of the upper cabinet is fluted, and the cabinet doors are fitted with pierced escutcheons and knobs. The cabinet interior has shelves and divided compartments for folded clothing, with dovetailed drawers below. The right-hand door interior is fitted with a mirror glass, and the left-hand interior door is fitted with a metal tie or belt rack. The interior of one drawer is stamped ‘Pennsylvania House’. This item is located on an upper floor with stairs.
