A hand knotted Tibetan wool accent rug by Tufenkian Carpets. This traditional Setana rug features a variegated muted olive center ground with accent designs in brown, black and red, having a ruby red guard border with stylized palmettes and lancet leaf forms. The rug is finished with overcast selvage edges and short warp fringe to opposite ends. Tufenkian rugs are made of unbleached wool which has been hand carded, spun and dyed by hand. Made in Nepal with makers labels to the verso.
