Item Details

A vintage sideboard by Berkey & Gay Furniture. This mahogany piece has a beveled back guard on the overhanging top surface. The single drawer has a beveled border to the front, with an applied fan and scroll detail of light burlwood in the center with a circular knob on either side. The front has a scalloped apron and the front legs have a trumpet turning; they are connected to the back block legs with an H-stretcher. The maker’s mark is to the interior of the drawer.
Matching highboy is item 17STA059-003, matching buffet is item 17STA059-004, and matching table and chairs are item 17STA059-005.
