Tom Lohre oil on canvas, landscape of Penny Street, Greenwich Village, New York City. Lohre is a listed artist and was trained as a formal portrait painter by Ralph Wolf Cowan. He then began painting in the streets of New York City. Signed to lower right corner and framed in a gilt wood frame with rib detailing.
Condition
The painting is very good, the frame has a few minor nicks.
