Set of Vintage Coalport "French-Noble" Plates Retailed by Ovington Brothers

A set of vintage Coalport French-Noble plates retailed by Ovington Brothers. The set features a white body with a mustard rim with panel of floral accents framed in black with a central floral vase motif surrounded by scroll work and floral sprays. The group consists of a dinner plate and three salad plates each marked to the verso ‘Ovington Brothers’, ‘Coalport/Coalport/AD 1780’ and ‘French-Noble/7177-M.’
Condition
- light marks and discolorations with age; 4-5 inch hairline fracture to one plate across base.
