A vintage French gate top coin purse, or beggars bag. It features a silver-tone metal mesh pouch with an accordion style gate top accented by a hinged lid with floral etching. A replica Napolean medallion hangs from either side, aiding in the expansion of the gate top. The piece is not hallmarked.
