A pair of Rookwood art pottery figurines titled Abel Bear first designed by Rookwood artist Louise Abel in the 1930s. They are featuring the Beatnik color in a black-brownish glaze. To the undersides, they are marked with the Rookwood logo along with ‘6485’, ‘MMXIV’ or ‘MMXVI’, for dates 2014 or 2016, and Louise Abel’s cypher.
