Item Details

A plaster bust on a marble base by artist James Maher. This sculpture depicts a woman moulded in front portraiture, who stares forward with slightly open eyes and pursed lips. The work is loosely layered, covered in a medium giving the appearance of oxidized bronze. To the lower edge of the figure’s neck is an in-mold artist signature. This is affixed to a green and black marbled base.

- minor chipping to plaster in several areas across the piece; residue to underside.
