Collection of Two Limited Edition Serigraphs and One Aquatint Etching on Paper
Item Details
A collection of two signed limited edition serigraphs on paper and one aquatint etching on paper. This collection includes a serigraph titled El Toro! by well-listed Japanese-born artist Kabe Hiroshi (b. 1926). This work is signed ‘H. Kabe’ by hand in graphite to the lower right; it is numbered 9 out of an edition of 100 to the lower left. It is presented under glass, double-matted with white and orange mats, and enclosed with dark brown tape around the edges. Handwritint to the verso provides the medium, title, artist, and a drawn hand symbol that reads ‘From Yad of the Tanya’. Also included is an artist’s proof serigraph titled You & Me by well-listed Japanese-born artist Masao Ohba (1928-2008). This work is presented under glass, triple-matted with tan, blue, and green mats, and enclosed with silver-tone tape around the edges. A handwritten descriptive label is adhered to the verso. The third work is an aquatint etching of a geometric numerical composition. No signature was found on the work. It is presented under glass, double-matted with off-white and black mats, and housed in a brown and black wood frame.

- peeling and tears through tape borders of serigraphs; minor smudges and residue throughout all glass; minor scratches, and finish loss throughout frame of numerical composition; frame of numerical composition is splitting along left edge.
