A handwoven Turkish Oushak area rug. The rug features a pattern of floral palmettes in a palette of taupe, cream, and yellow on a red field. The field is enclosed by a compound border that features a pattern of floral palmettes and vines in a complementary palette with sage green and maroon accents. The rug has an overcast edge and a short fringe to either end. The road is tagged ‘Made in Turkey, Anadol, Azeri’.
